1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Downtester, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Downtester provides game and service status monitoring, alerting, outage detection, and community-reported issue tracking. Status information may combine community reports, public information, and automated analysis.

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account or a paid plan. You are responsible for account security and must not impersonate others or misuse authentication, alert, webhook, API, or MCP access.

4. User-Submitted Content

When you submit a report or comment, you grant Downtester a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it as part of the service. Do not submit false, unlawful, abusive, misleading, or spam content.

5. Accuracy and Disclaimer

Community status information may not always be accurate, complete, or current. Downtester is not affiliated with the publishers, developers, platforms, or services it monitors unless expressly stated. The service is provided as is.

6. Intellectual Property

Names, logos, and trademarks of monitored products belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. Downtester design, software, and original content may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Do not disrupt the service, evade rate limits, manipulate status data, submit false reports, harass users, scrape beyond an expressly provided public interface, or use the service unlawfully.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Downtester and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service, if any.

9. Suspension and Changes

We may restrict access for violations or security risks. We may update these terms and will revise the date shown here when material changes are made.
